【摘要】:ThispartofISO5667establishesprinciplestobeappliedtothetechniquesofsamplingwaterintendedforhumanconsumption.ForthepurposesofthispartofISO5667,waterintendedforhumanconsumptioncomprises:a)allwatereitherinitsoriginalstateoraftertreatment,intendedfordrinking,cooking,foodpreparation,orotherdomesticpurposes,regardlessofitsorigin,plusb)allwaterusedinanyproductionundertakingforthemanufacture,processing,preservationormarketingofproductsorsubstancesintendedforhumanconsumptionunlessthecompetentnationalauthoritiesaresatisfiedthatthequalityofthewatercannotaffectthewholesomenessofthefoodstuffinitsfinishedform.TheguidancegiveninthispartofISO5667isconfinedtothosecircumstanceswherewaterisdrawnfrommunicipalorsimilardistributionsystems(includingindividualsystems)wherepriortreatmentand/orqualityassessmenthasresultedinthewaterbeingclassifiedassuitablefordrinkingorpotableprocesspurposes.Specifically,thispartofISO5667isapplicabletowaterthatisincontinuoussupplyrelativetoanystageofuseuptoandincludingthepointofconsumptioninadistributionsystem.Thisincludesdistributionwithinlargebuildingsinwhichadditionalwaterqualitymanagementmightbeapplicable.ThispartofISO5667isalsoapplicabletosamplingsituationsthatcanariserelativetotheinvestigationofsystemdefectsoremergencysituationswherethesafetyofsamplingoperativesisnotcompromised.ThispartofISO5667doesnotprovideguidanceforwatersourcesorforproductsgeneratedbyusingdrinkingwater.Thefollowingsitemsareexamplesofcasesnotaddressedbythepresentdocument:—thesamplingofsourcewater,forexamplegroundwaterandsurfacewaterimpoundments;—samplingofdrinkingwatersuppliesderivedfromnon-continuoussources(forexample,fromroadtankers);—samplingofbulkstorageofwateronairplanes,trainsandships;—thesamplingofbeverageproducts(includingbottledwaters)orfoodcontainingpotablewaterusedinitspreparation;—samplingofdrinkvendingmachinesthatdispenseunsealedcupsofdrinks.
