【摘要】:Thisstandardappliestoweldingprocesseswheretheskillofthediver-welderhasasignificantinfluenceonweldquality.Thisstandardspecifiesessentialrequirements,rangesofapproval,testconditions,acceptancerequirementsandcertificationfortheapprovaltestingofdiver-welderperformancefortheweldingofsteelsunderwaterinhyperbaricwetenvironment.TherecommendedformatforthecertificateofapprovaltestingisgiveninAnnexA.Duringtheapprovaltestthediver-weldershouldberequiredtoshowadequatepracticalexperienceandjobknowledge(testnonmandatory)oftheweldingprocesses,materialsandsafetyrequirementsforwhichheistobeapproved,informationontheseaspectsisgiveninAnnexB.Thisstandardisapplicablewhenthediver-welder'stestingisrequiredbythepurchaser,byinspectionauthoritiesorbyotherorganisations.Theweldingprocessesreferredtointhisstandardincludethosefusionweldingprocesseswhicharedesignatedasmanualorpartlymechanisedwelding.Itdoesnotcoverfullymechanisedandfullyautomaticprocesses(see5.2).Allnewapprovalsshouldbeinaccordancewiththisstandardfromthedateofthisissue.However,thisstandarddoesnotinvalidatepreviousdiver-welderapprovalsmadetoformernationalstandardsorspecifications,providingtheintentofthetechnicalrequirementsissatisfiedandthepreviousapprovalsarerelevanttotheapplicationandproductionworkonwhichtheyareemployed.Also,whereadditionaltestsshouldbecarriedouttomaketheapprovaltechnicallyequivalentitisonlynecessarytodotheadditionaltestsonatestpiecewhichshouldbemadeinaccordancewiththisstandard.Considerationofpreviousapprovalstonationalstandardsorspecificationsshouldbeatthetimeoftheenquiry/contractstageandagreedbetweenthecontractingparties.Thecertificateofapprovaltestingisissuedunderthesoleresponsibilityoftheexaminerorexaminingbody.
