【摘要】:Thisdocumentdefinesgeneraltermsusedinthesafetyrequirementsforcablewayinstallationsdesignedtocarrypersons.Thedocumentconcernstermsusedinthedesign,manufacture,erection,maintenanceandoperationoftheinstallationsandisrestrictedto:—thosetermswhichformpartofthevocabularyspecifictotheseinstallations;—thoseterms,whetherscientific,technicalorineverydayuse,whichhaveaparticularmeaninginthisfieldorwhichitappearsnecessarytodefineingreaterdetail.Thetermsapplybothtoaparticularinstallationandtotheircomponents.Termswhicharespecifictostandardswhicharelistedintheforewordaredefinedineachofthesestandards.Thisdocumentdoesnotapplytoinstallationsforthetransportationofgoods,nortoinclinedlifts.Intheapplicationofthisdocument,thefollowingdefinitionsareapplicableandhavebeengiventhereferencenumbersbelow.
